All pre-orders are processed and shipped at the end of Jan 2021 unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships. Our carrier partner is Canada Post.
Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before finalizing your order. GLACYO is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. In the case of a lost or stolen package, we will open an investigation and file a claim with Canada Post. Please check with your local post office to ensure packages are not being held by them. In the circumstances that Canada Post sees fit, an insurance fee will be refunded for the value of the package contents and shipping.
